Is there a defrag for Linux - not needed

When I ran Windows, I defragged my hard disk to allow it to run faster. What do I use in Linux?
This is one of the benefits to running Linux, you don't have to worry about fragmentation the way you did in Windows. It is not needed as long as you use Ext3 or ReiserFS file systems
