Download the package here:

You want the one for Ubuntu, since that's a deb package. Don't worry, it will work. Once downloaded double click to install the package. Hulu desktop is now installed and should be located in the Multimedia menu. More than likely it will give you an error when you try to run it saying it can't find flash. Easy fix:

If you don't have locate installed then get it: Code: su apt-get install locate

Then you'll need to populate the databases for locate: Code: updatedb

Now find out where your flash is located: Code: locate

Mine was located at /usr/lib/flashplugin-nonfree/ So now we tell hulu desktop where to look:

Open the file ~/.huludesktop find the section that says: Code: [flash] flash_location = (null)

and change it to the location you found earlier, in my case: Code: [flash] flash_location = /usr/lib/flashplugin-nonfree/

That's it. Try starting hulu desktop again and this time it should work perfectly.
